The FVS Vehicle Management System is a bespoke internet based system that will manage the flow of work concisely in line with your requirements, as you instruct the valeters via the system from the comfort of your desk top pc.

The work order is prioritised by date & time requirements. This application that will revolutionise the valeting industry was developed for and is exclusive to Forward Valeting and our customers. Our totally secure, simple to use, revolutionary paperless system is installed free of charge to you! All you require are internet ready work stations.

There are two ends to the system:

1. Management Interface
where clients can issue cleaning instructions, track progress, get real-time expenditure data and management reports directly from the comfort of their PC.

2. Valet Bay Work Station
where the valeter picks up the task list, shows the progress of the task in hand and displays completed work using a touch screen.

The system is very easy to use; site operators are given training and support in its best use. This training is also free, so there really is no draw back to using the FVS Vehicle Management System, just a neater smoother running organisation and more time to concentrate on your core activities!
