The Forward Company structure is unrivalled and set up to be fully responsive to each customer’s individual needs. Our fully flexible team of highly skilled operatives based at each dealership are backed up by an Area Manager who oversees day-to-day operations and a Regional Manager.
Operators
Being fully responsive to customer-demand, Forward has a team of over 400 fully insured, on-site operatives. As each operative is a
representative of Forward and the dealership they work
for, only those individuals are recruited who are reliable
and ready to adapt to the requirements of each customer.
We make sure that they are always smart and presentable.
Each of our operatives is fully trained in all aspects
of vehicle preparation, from ensuring customer satisfaction
to safe working practices. We regularly assess and retrain
to guarantee that all operatives wearing the Forward
uniform are the best valeters in the business. All operators
possess driving licences and have strong communication
skills.
Area Managers
Forward Valeting prides itself on
the strength of its Area Managers. All Area Managers
have been with the Company for a minimum of five years
and are committed to providing the best possible service
to their customers. Area Managers are restricted to
a maximum of 15 accounts and are never more than half
an hour away from any one dealership. This enables them
to maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure
complete customer satisfaction by dealing with issues
immediately. You can expect to receive a visit from
your Area Manager at least 2-3 times a week. He will
liaise with your key personnel in order to communicate
any issues, help solve any problems straight away and
ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.
This personal approach allows us to react promptly.
Regional Managers
Our Regional Managers are
the final reason why Forward consistently exceeds customer
expectations and produces work that is to the highest
industry standards. The Regional Manager liaises with
both the Area Manager and directly with the customer
to ensure that any issues, from changes in volume and
quantity of cars to health and safety, are dealt with
speedily and professionally.
